How to top up

I. PINLESS

• Phone Top Up
• Batch Top Up

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press "Home" menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "PINLESS"
5. Select debit account
6. Select "Phone Top Up"
• Input phone number to top up and select top up amount
• You can add more phone numbers by clicking plus sign add
7. Press "check Submit" button
8. Verify your transaction
9. Press "check Confirm" button
10. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
11. Your transaction is successful

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press "Home" menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "PINLESS"
5. Select debit account
6. Select "Batch Top Up"
• Click "Form Download" to download sample Excel file and prepare information for uploading
• Upload Excel file
7. Press "check Submit" button
8. Verify your transaction
9. Press "check Confirm" button
10. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
11. Your transaction is successful

II. PIN Voucher

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press "Home" menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "PIN Voucher"
5. Select debit account
• Select mobile operator company
• Select top up amount and number of vouchers
• You can add more mobile companies by clicking plus sign add
6. Press "check Submit" button
7. Verify your transaction
8. Press "check Confirm" button
9. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
10. Your transaction is successful

1. No.: Enter numbering
2. Phone Number: Enter mobile phone numbers to top up
3. Amount: Enter top up amount
4. Currency: Top up currency (USD only)
