How to change new phone
- 1. Download "ACLEDA mobile" app in your phone
- 2. Choose "ACLEDA" icon to open ACLEDA mobile

| 3. Select language |

| 4. Select ACLEDA's logo in Cambodia |
 |
- 5.1. Enter the registered phone number (having SIM card in this new phone)
- 5.2. Press the arrow

| 6. Enter PIN |
 |
- 7. The system will automatically verify the OTP number
- For iOS (iPhone): Open Phone's Settings > Passwords > Password Options > Enable "AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys".

| 8. ACLEDA mobile is activated in this new phone successfully |
