How to use SmartPay's buttons

Button	Description
power_settings_new	Turn on/off machine
CardPay	Show "KHQR"
Cancel	Delete or exit any function
arrow_back	Delete number when inputting payment amount
Numbers 0-9	Input payment amount. If pressing the second or third time, the following letters will be displayed
keyboard_arrow_upkeyboard_arrow_down	Scroll up/down to select objects
keyboard_return	Enter the selection

Turn On SmartPay: Press and hold power_settings_new for about two seconds until you see ACLEDA logo.

Turn Off SmartPay:

• Press power_settings_new
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to move up/down to the word "Power Off"
• Press keyboard_return

Restart SmartPay when it crashes or is not working properly:

• Press power_settings_new
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to move up/down to the word "Restart"
• Press keyboard_return

Using "Settings"

WLAN menu: to connect WiFi if not using SIM card.

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Choose "Settings"
• Choose "WLAN"
• Press keyboard_return to search WiFi
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to select WiFi name
• Press keyboard_return
• Enter WiFi password
• Press "Connect"
• After successfully connecting to WiFi, press "Cancel" button to exit

SIM Card menu: to enable/disable mobile data/internet

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Choose "Settings"
• Choose "SIM Card"
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to enable/disable mobile data/internet connection
• Press keyboard_return

LED Bright menu: to increase/decrease screen bright

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Choose "Settings"
• Choose "LED Bright"
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to increase/decrease screen bright
• Press keyboard_return to enable/disable "Auto Reduce Bright"

Sound Volume:

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Choose "Settings"
• Choose "Sound"
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to increase/decrease sound volume

Sleep Mode menu:

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Choose "Settings"
• Choose "Sleep Mode"
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to select:
• Default (180s)
• 60s - 600s
• Never
• Press power_settings_new to use SmartPay

Download/Install ACLEDA App

The bank will install/download the ACLEDA App for using in SmartPay.

To update "ACLEDA App":

• Press "Cancel"
• Choose "OK" then press keyboard_return
• Press "App Store"
• Choose "ACLEDA POS"
• Press "Update"
• Press keyboard_return

Using "ACLEDA App"

KHQR display:

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press "CardPay" button
• KHQR will appear on the screen to receive payment from all banks
• When the transaction is successful:
• The machine will alert the payment amount
• Customer can scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Sale menu: To set payment amount via KHQR and card

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Sale"
• Select currency (KHR/USD)
• Enter payment amount
• Press keyboard_return
• The machine will display KHQR which can be paid via:
• Scan QR
• Insert Card
• Contactless
• When the transaction is successful:
• The machine will alert the payment amount
• Customer can scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Void menu: To cancel card transaction that has not been settled during the day

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Void"
• Enter password then press keyboard_return
• Enter Invoice NUM then press keyboard_return
• Transaction is complete
• Customer can scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Refund menu: For card transactions that have already been settled.

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Refund"
• Enter password then press keyboard_return
• Select currency (KHR/USD)
• Enter REF NUM then press keyboard_return
• Enter Refund amount then press keyboard_return
• Tap or insert card
• Refund is complete
• Scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Tip Adjustment menu: To give tips

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Tip Adjustment"
• Input Invoice NUM in the E-Receipt Sale
• Press keyboard_return
• Input the amount then press keyboard_return
• Verify transaction then press keyboard_return
• Scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Balance Inquiry menu: To check CSS card balance in Khmer Riel

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Balance Inquiry"
• Select currency
• Press keyboard_return
• Tap card or insert card
• Scan QR on the screen to get e-receipt

Print menu: To print last transaction/one transaction (both card and KHQR)

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Print"
• Press keyboard_return
• Press "Card Payment" or "QR Payment"
• Press "Reprint Last Transaction" or "Reprint One Transaction"
• Press "Print"
• Press keyboard_return

Logon menu: To confirm or refresh connection

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Logon"
• Press keyboard_return
• Logon was completed

Profile menu: To view mechant information or change voice language when receiving money in Khmer, English, or Chinese

• Press ACLEDA App
• Press menu "Profile"
• Press keyboard_arrow_up and keyboard_arrow_down to choose language (KH, EN, CH)
• Press keyboard_return to change voice language when receiving money
