How to register for Informal Economy (Cam-IE)

- Open "AC ToanChet" app
- Choose "Cam-IE"
- Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
- Please read terms and conditions, then "Swipe to accept"
- Filling in the information for registering as an informal economy, the system will automatically display the Khmer Identity Card that customer filled in when registering to use AC ToanChet.
Customers who register using AC ToanChet with supporting documents other than Khmer Identity Card cannot register as an informal economy through AC ToanChet. Please come to ACLEDA Bank nearest branch to register for informal economy.

- Please fill in the information as the system displays:
- Education, health and family information
- Business, occupation or job information
- The need for government attention
- Photos and attachments
- Photo of Khmer Identity Card (original copy, front side)
- Selfie photo of the participant's face
- Selfie photo of the participant's face with his/her business
- Business activity photos
- After registration, there will be a review and response within 1 working day to recognize the informal economy and provide the certificate of acknowledgement.
