Add joint account members
verifiedCustomers having all types of individual accounts (Savings Account, Demand Deposit Account, Current Account, and Current Account Plus) can add up to 4 members to the account, and the account will become a joint account with "Anyone of them may sign" for condition of operations.
- Open "ACLEDA Super App"
- Press "Accounts"
- Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
- Press the three dots (more_horiz) on the bank account you want to add members
- Choose "Add Joint Account Members"
- Enter the bank account number of the member
- Able to add up to 4 members
- Click on "plus sign" to add more members
- Click on "minus sign" to remove member
- Select relationship between account owner and member
- Select account name
- Press "OK"
- Verify information and press "Confirm"
- Your request to add member is successful, please wait for member's approval
- Members will receive a notification to confirm your request to add members to this joint account.
