How to restore access Bakong account

  1. 1. Open "ACLEDA mobile" app
  2. 2. Select "TRANSFERS" menu
3. Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
4. Select "LOCAL TRANSFER TO OTHER BANKS"
5. Choose "OTHER BAKONG SERVICES"
  1. 6. Choose "Restore access"
  2. The Bakong app will open on your phone. If you don't have Bakong app, please install it.
  1. 7.1 Select your language
  2. 7.2 Choose "Next"
8. Choose "Restore access"
9. Select "Restore by QR code"
  1. Restore by QR code: Means you have "QR code" and "password" recovery
  2. Forgot password or QR code: Please come to ACLEDA Bank to restore account
10. Select "ACLEDA Bank Plc."
11. Choose "OK"
12. Scan your QR recovery that you saved
  1. 13.1 Enter password recovery
  2. 13.2 Choose "Next"
14. Enter your new PIN code
15. Confirm your new PIN code
16. Now you can use your account in Bakong app.
