How to request credit report from CBC

Now you can request your Credit Report (loan and repayment history) with banks and financial institutions in Cambodia from Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC) on ACLEDA mobile.

1. Open "ACLEDA mobile" app 2. Select "Loans" menu
3. Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
4. Select "Credit Report"
5.1. Please read the instructions 5.2. Please select marital status 5.3. Select "I agreed with terms & conditions"
6.1. Input current address 6.2. Capture your face 6.3. Capture your Khmer Identity Card or Passport 6.4. Press "OK" button
7.1. Select debit account 7.2. Press the arrow to check your request information 7.3. Press "OK" button
8. Verify the information again and then choose "CONFIRM" button
9. Your request is completed Credit Bureau Cambodia will send your credit report to you via e-mail no later than 3 working days.
