How to change information overseas transfer

verifiedFor customers who make international money transfers via MoneyGram, Thunes, & Western Union on ACLEDA Super App.

  1. Open "ACLEDA Super App"
  2. Press "Transfers" menu
  3. Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
  4. Select "International Transfers"
  5. Choose the transfer company that you made transaction
  6. Choose "Change Information"
  7. Enter "MTCN/Reference No./PIN" and press "Search" button
  8. Fill in or change information correctly
  9. Select "I have read and gree to the terms and conditions"
  10. Press "OK" button
  11. Verify your transfer information
  12. Press "Confirm" button
  13. Transaction is completed and waiting bank approval
