How to check QR/KHQR payments

  1. Payment screen of customer/payer showing that the transaction was successful
  2. Please verify: payment amount, your name/company name, payment date, etc.
  3. If you don't see this screen, it means that the payer has not paid yet
  4. If the payer shows this successful transaction screen but you don't see the money in your account, please take a picture of this screen and ask the bank to check it
