How to request to open bank account (customer has no bank account)

1.1. Open "ACLEDA mobile" app 1.2. Select "Accounts" menu
2. Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
3. Select "Plus Sign" in the lower right corner
4. Select "Open bank account"
5.1. Enter account opening information 5.2. Choose "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions"
6. Press "OK" button
7.1. Your transaction was completed (for Cambodian) To activate your account, please bring the valid Khmer ID Card to the nearest branch
7.2. Your transaction was completed (for foreigner) To activate your account, please bring the valid supported documents to the nearest branch
