How to request to reset dormant account

Do you know? You can request to reset "Dormant Account" on AC ToanChet and free of charge. Dormant account is a non-transaction bank account from 365 days.

Link your bank accounts on AC ToanChet to manage and operate with many special functions easier.

Open "AC ToanChet" app.
Select "Accounts" menu.
Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login.
If you have a "Dormant Account" linked to AC ToanChet, the system will display that dormant account.
Please click on that dormant account.
The bank officer will reset the dormant account for you automatically.
