How to return fund overseas transfer
verifiedFor customers who make international money transfers via MoneyGram, Thunes, & Western Union on ACLEDA Super App.
- Change information or return fund is available for sending money in cash pick-up only and the recipient has not withdrawn the money.
- Request for changing information or returning fund must be approved by the bank every working day.
- No fee charge for changing information via MoneyGram & Western Union.
- Transfer fees are not refunded for returning fund.
- Open "ACLEDA Super App"
- Press "Transfers" menu
- Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
- Select "International Transfers"
- Choose the transfer company that you made transaction
- Choose "Return Fund"
- Enter "MTCN/Reference No./PIN" and press "Search" button
- Scroll down and select "I have read and gree to the terms and conditions"
- Press "OK" button
- Verify your transfer information
- Press "Confirm" button
- Transaction is completed and waiting bank approval
