How to reverse transaction (cancel)

If you transfer money to an unregistered phone number, you can reverse transaction by following the steps below. However, if that number is alreay registered ACLEDA mobile, you have to contact ACLEDA Bank (015 999 233 / 023 994 444).

1. Open "ACLEDA mobile" 2. Choose "ACCOUNTS" menu
3. Select the account that you need to reverse transaction
4. Select the transaction that you need to reverse
5. Select "CANCEL TRANSACTION"
6. Choose "YES"
7. Transaction was reversed successful 8. Choose "OK" button The transferred amount will be returned to your account immediately.
