How to log in ACLEDA Internet Banking

How to login 

  1. Open ACLEDA Bank's website: www.acledabank.com.kh
  2. Choose "Internet Banking" menu in the top right corner
  3. Select "Retail Banking"
  4. Input "USER ID" and "PASSWORD"
  5. Choose "LOGIN" button
  6. Input OTP from your Hard Token or open ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token to approve your login

How to reset password 

  1. Choose "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter "User ID", "Email", and "Phone Number"
  3. Choose "Submit" button
  4. Input OTP from your Hard Token or open ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token to approve your login
  5. Your temporary password is sent to your registered phone number and email
  6. Input this temporary password and then choose "LOGIN" button
  7. Input OTP from your Hard Token or open ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token to approve your login
  8. Input the temporary password, new password [1], and confirm password
  9. Choose "Submit" button

[1] Password must contain at least:

check_circle 1 English character
check_circle 1 number
check_circle 0 special character (!@#$%+-=?)
check_circle 6 total characters

How to reset User ID 

  1. Choose "Forgot User ID"
  2. Input "CIF", "First Name", "Last Name", "Email", and "Phone Number"
  3. Choose "Submit" button
  4. Your new User ID is sent to your registered phone number and email
