How to renew term deposit

Inputer

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press menu menu
3. Choose "Term Deposit" menu
4. Choose "List of Term Deposits"
5. Select term deposit in the list and press edit icon
6. Press "Renewal Term Deposit" icon at the bottom right corner
7. Select renewal option and renewal times
• Principal & interest
• Principal
8. Press "OK"
9. Verify your transaction and press check button
10. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
11. Your transaction is completed and waiting approval

Authorizer

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press menu menu
3. Choose "Incoming Message/Pending Lists"
4. Choose the transactions to be authorized (click on the eye icon)
5. Verify the transaction and press check button
6. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
7. Your transaction is completed
