How to top up

I. PINLESS - Inputer

• Phone Top Up
• Batch Top Up

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press menu menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "Mobile Top Up"
5. Select "PINLESS"
6. Select "Batch Top Up"
• Select debit account
• Click "Form Download" to download sample Excel file and prepare information for uploading
• Upload Excel file
7. Press submit check button
8. Verify your transaction
9. Press check button again
10. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
11. Your transaction is completed and waiting approval

II. PIN Voucher - Inputer

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press menu menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "Mobile Top Up"
5. Select "PIN Voucher"
• Select debit account
• Select mobile operator company
• Select top up amount and number of vouchers
• You can add more mobile companies by clicking plus sign add
6. Press submit check button
7. Verify your transaction
8. Press check button again
9. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
10. Your transaction is completed and waiting approval

Authorizer

1. Login ACLEDA Internet Banking
2. Press menu menu
3. Choose "Top Up" menu
4. Select "Mobile Top Up"
5. Choose "Pending Lists"
6. Check transactions
7. Press check button
8. Click "OK" button to confirm
9. Confirm your transaction via Hard Token or ACLEDA Authentication App or Web Token
10. Your transaction is successful

1. No.: Enter numbering
2. Phone Number: Enter mobile phone numbers to top up
3. Amount: Enter top up amount
4. Currency: Top up currency (USD only)
