Third quarterly report of PPWSA in 2015

In the third quarter of 2015, the total revenue of PPWSA is KHR 48,874,088,000 which increases by KHR 7,906,348,000 equal to 19.30% and the net profit is KHR 10,629,598,000 which decreases by KHR 7,647,895,000 equal to 41.84% if compared to the same period of 2014 due to revenue and interest expense (net) decreasing approximately KHR 6,536,000. At the same time, repair and maintenance expense increased approximately by KHR 800,000,000 on re-construction due to road expansion, bridge and sewage construction of Phnom Penh Capital Hall.

For the 9 months period ended 30 September 2015, total revenue is KHR 141,310,794,000 which increases by KHR 26,047,785,000 equal to 22.60% if compared to same period of 2014 and net profit after tax is KHR 39,357,444,000 which increases KHR 4,913,126,000 equal to 14.26%.

At the end of September 2015, total asset is KHR 1,218,376,620,000 which increases by KHR 52,325,547,000 equal to 4.49% and total equity is KHR 766,376,495,000 which increases by KHR 30,207,867,000 equal to 4.10% if compared to the year 2014.

The significant indicators in the third quarter of 2015 are as follows:

• Basic earnings per share: KHR 122.27
• Return on equity: 1.40%
• Return on asset: 0.88%
• Current ratio: 4.76
• Quick ratio: 3.99

For next quarter, PPWSA expects to earn net profit of not less than KHR 10,930 million as approved upon by Board of Directors and both guardian Ministries.
