Securities Selling Business refers to the securities selling business to the public that is in agreement with the underwriters in the public offering process.

• Form for book building at IPO

  Following the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia on the request for a public offering, the company, with the assistance of the underwriters, has to make a public book building to invite investors to participate.

• Form for subscription at IPO

  After the booking stage is completed, investors will be required to joint subscription for a specified time period.
