Result of election of independent director and non-executive director represented private shareholders of PPWSA

Election of independent director and non-executive director represented private shareholders in the first general shareholder meeting dated February 20, 2013 at the Cambodiana Hotel got the result as the followings:

1. Independent Director: Mr. OM SENG BORA with the voting support of 75,176,388 shares equal to 95.89% of total attended voting shares.
2. Non-Executive Director: Mr.ZHANG YUN FENG with the voting support of 2,916,179 shares equal to 65.33% of total attended voting shares.
