The PPWSA's BOD in 5th mandate approves in principle to use AFD's loan of Euro 30 millions with PPWSA's budget of USD 22.1 millions for the following project:

• Construct and expand Niroth water treatment plant in the 2nd stage with water production capacity of 130,000 m³ per day
• Technical advisory fee for construction inspection
• Expansion of the water distribution channel from 2014 to 2016

Main conditions of AFD's loan:

• Principal amount: Euro 30 millions
• Loan term: 12 years (including gracing period of 4 years)
• Currency: Euro
• Annual floating rate: EURIBOR 6 months less 0.59%
• Contractual commission fee: 0.2% per year with gracing period of 6 months
