PPWSA will conduct the 4th shareholder meeting on 02 May, 2016 as in detail below:

1. Record Date: April 11, 2016
2. Meeting Date: May 2, 2016
3. Meeting Venue: Head office of PPWSA (Address: Office 45, st.106, Sangkat Srah Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh)
4. Meeting Agenda:
• 8:00 - 9:00: Registration
• 9:00 - 9:30: Opening Remark
• 9:30 - 10:30: Presentation on the result of enterprise performance in 2015, Business plan for 2016 and question and answer.
• 10:30 - 11:00: Closing remarks and Thanks.

Shareholders whose names are on the shareholder list on April 11, 2016 (Record Date) must confirm their attendance in this meeting with ACLEDA Bank Plc. (Transfer Agent and Paying Agent of PPWSA) from 18 to 25 April 2016 on every working day from 8:00 - 16:30.

Note:

• * Any shareholder who does not confirm their attendance with ACLEDA Bank Plc. RTP agent as in the specified period will not allow participating in this meeting.
