PPWSA's Board of Director declared the Dividend Distribution for 2015 to PPWSA shareholders as stated in Notification No. 055 Sor.Chor.Nor, dated on 28 March 2016 below:

1. Type of dividend: Cash
2. Period of dividend: Annual Dividend for 2015
3. Dividend payout ratio: 23.30%
4. Total dividend: KHR 13,269,495,326
5. Dividend per share: KHR 152.57
6. Record date: 08 April 2016
7. Payment date: 18 April 2016

Note:

• Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on 07 April 2016 will be STILL entitled to get this dividend.
• Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on 07 April 2016 will be NOT be entitled to get this dividend.
• The dividend payment will be started from 18 – 26 April 2016 on every working day. If there is any inaccurate dividend payment, shareholder can raise complaints starting from 27 April 2016 to 05 May 2016 on every working day.
