Fourth quarterly report of PWSA in 2016

In the fourth quarter of 2016, the total revenue of PWSA is KHR 60,426,162,000 which increases by KHR 2,915,295,000 equal to 5.07% and the net profit is KHR 20,221,477,000 which increases by KHR 6,390,443,000 equal to 46.20% if compared to the same period of 2015. For the twelve months period ended 31 December 2016, total revenue is KHR 218,373,473,000 which decreases by 6,185,239,000 equal to 2.75% and net profit is KHR 50,484,119,000 which decreases by KHR 6,465,012,000 equal to 11,35% if compared to twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015. At the same period, total asset is KHR 1,299,906,603,000 which increases by KHR 54,474,475,000 equal to 4.37% and total equity is KHR 821,182,814,000 which increases by KHR 37,214,632,000 equal to 4.75%.

The significant indicators in the fourth quarter of 2016 are as follows:

1. Current ratio: 3.46
2. Quick ratio: 2.84
3. Return on asset: 1.56%
4. Return on equity: 2.49%
5. Profit margin: 33.46%
6. Basic earnings per share: KHR 233

For the first quarter 2017, PWSA expects to earn net profit of not less than KHR 11,864 million as approved upon by Board of Directors and both guardian Ministries.
