With reference to Anukret No. 414 Or Nor Kror.Tor Tor dated on March 31, 2014 on the Position Transfer and Official Nomination, Mr. Koeut Chhe, BOD Member of the 5th mandate of PPWSA which represents the Phnom Penh Municipality, was appointed as Deputy Governor of Governing Committee in Pursat. Therefore, thereafter Mr. Koeut Chhe is not the BOD member of PPWSA.
