ACLEDA Securities Plc. Receives License as the First Securities Firm for Brokerage Business in Cambodia

Phnom Penh — November 02, 2010 — ACLEDA Securities Plc. received license from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) as the first securities company to transact the securities brokerage business in Cambodia.
ACLEDA Securities Plc., having capital 6 billion riels, is a subsidiary of ACLEDA Bank Plc. invested 100% by ACLEDA Bank Plc.
ACLEDA Securities Plc. will provide the superior services on securities and the choice of investments on various securities efficiently to all segments of the community. ACLEDA Securities is located in Headquarter of ACLEDA Bank Plc. No.61, Preah Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Srah Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Mr. SVAY Hay, President and Managing Director of ACLEDA Securities Plc. expressed the greatest pleasure and sincere gratitude to the SECC that trusted ACLEDA Securities with the license.
