Filling Application Form
Investor shall fill the application form for the Subscription. Investor shall:
- Fill the application form through ACLEDA Securities (ACS) as Agent of IPO: Visit office of ACLEDA Securities or ACLEDA Bank Headquarter or download from here.
- Investors must have: Investor ID and Trading Account (ACLEDA Securities Plc or related Agents of IPO).
- Form Subscription in attached with Bank Deposit/ Transfer Slip or related documents.
- International Transfer: The intermediary bank for ACS is "ACLEDA Bank Plc."

(Credit Remittance and Credit Advice at the last Subscription day)
Note: Investor shall fill 1. Securities Firm Code, 2. Investor's Name, 3. Investor's ID, and 4. Trading Account Number in the bank's slip.
Result and Refund
On May 23, 2014, the result of Subscription will be announced after the approval on result by the SECC. Therefore, for successful investor, the IPO shares will be transferred to their trading account. The refund will also be made and in the same currency as depositing via:
- Transfer to trading account
- Transfer to personal/bank account
