Description	The increase in the registered capital of LAK 40 billion of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. (ABL) in 2024 in order to meet regulatory requirement per Law on Commercial Bank issued by the Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL) that the minimum registered capital requirements shall be raised to LAK 500 billion within 5 years. The ABL increased its registered capital by LAK 40 billion from LAK 460 billion to LAK 500 billion in 2024.
Reason	Pursuant to the Lao PDR's Article 106(Amended) of LAW No. 56/NA, dated December 7, 2018 ON COMMERCIAL BANKS and being continuous of regulations issued by the authorities of the Lao PDR.
