Notification on Changing the Company Name of ACLEDA Securities Plc. in Khmer Language

In accordance with the regulation of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia ("SERC") and the recognition and approval from the Ministry of Commerce, ACLEDA Securities Plc. ("ACS"), a subsidiary of ACLEDA BANK, has changed its name in Khmer from ស៊ីឃ្យួរឹធី ភីអិលស៊ី "អសស" to ក្រុមហ៊ុនមូលបត្រ អេស៊ីលីដា ម.ក "កមអ" and kept the name of ACLEDA Securities Plc. ("ACS") in English unchanged.
