ACLEDA Bank Plc. wishes to adjust the figure on note 9 in the First Quarterly Financial Statements 2022:

• Khmer version on page 87 in line "មូលប័ត្របំណុល" and column "នាថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក" shown balance "២.៤៣៣.៨៣៤.១០៣".
• English version on page 68 in line "Debt securities" and column "31 December 2021 US$" shown balance "2,433,834,103" were removed and replaced by "Zero".

This adjustment does not affect the whole First Quarterly Financial Statements 2022.
