ACLEDA Bank Plc. Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Ministry of Justice on Usage of E-Payment Services of ACLEDA Bank for Criminal Record Application Fee

On the morning of Thursday, February 8 2024, at the Ministry of Justice, H.E. Dr. Kim Santepheap, Secretary of State in charge of the General Department of Criminal Penalty Affairs and High Representative of H.E. Keut Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Ministry of Justice, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and Dr. IN Channy, President & Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank, On behalf of ACLEDA Bank Plc., jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Use of E-Payment Services of ACLEDA Bank for Criminal Record Application Fee between the Ministry of Justice and ACLEDA Bank Plc.
This morning, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was made after obtaining the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Ministry of Justice's approval of selecting ACLEDA Bank Plc. as a partner bank for e-payment for Criminal Record Application Fee.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is very important to continue to develop the Judgment Bulletin mechanism under the high guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Ministry of Justice, on using digital system as a mechanism for better, faster and more convenient public services and reducing cost for the public who need the criminal record in line with accordance with the noble advice of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the highest respect of the Cambodian people.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by leaders of the Ministry of Justice, including H.E. Sonn Piseth, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Justice, H.E. Cheam Sathya, Government Delegate and Director General of Criminal Penalty Affairs as well as other officials of the Ministry of Justice and ACLEDA Bank.
