ACLEDA JCB Card is a secure tool in payment via Internet/POS and cash withdrawal via ATM worldwide.

ACLEDA JCB Card is an electronic plastic card issued by ACLEDA Bank Plc. to allow customers to make withdrawals through any ATM and payments via any POS or Internet throughout Cambodia and around the world where the JCB's logo is displayed.

"ACLEDA JCB Debit Card is added the most secure technology (J/Secure™) by requiring to enter One Time Password (OTP)^[1] that is sent to your registered mobile phone number via SMS^[2] (it also can be used with Soft Token^[3] or Hard Token^[4]) when making online payments (e-commerce)."

Requirements

Having an account (savings account, current account or demand deposit account) with ACLEDA Bank.
Majority.
Having a valid identity card, passport, or other valid document.

General Notice

Having logos of ACLEDA Bank Plc. and JCB;
Loaded with latest technology based on the EMV to provide stronger security and magnetic stripe on its back;
Having a valid date (good thru). When the card expired, it's no longer use;
Having a word "DEBIT" on the face and bottom of the card. It means "Debit Card". All operations via this card are debited from owner's account.
Having a customer's name.

[1] One Time Password (OTP): It is a password used for only one transaction and will be expired within 60 seconds. It does not require to remember. This OTP is required to enter when making online payments with websites that have the sign "J/Secure™".
[2] SMS Token: OTP is generated and sent to your registered mobile phone number. So please contact the Bank to update your phone number if any change.
[3] Soft Token: It is an application installed on your smart phone when registering and it is used to generate OTP in your phone.
[4] Hard Token: It is a tool used to generate and display OTP.
