On behalf of ACLEDA BANK PLC., RHB Securities (Cambodia) PLC, as the underwriter for the proposed bond issuance, is pleased to inform our esteemed investors that the subscription of the subordinated bonds of ACLEDA BANK PLC. upon issuance of first tranche was successfully completed on January 22, 2025 with total issuance value of KHR 343,350,000,000 equivalent to USD 85,837,500.
The National Bank of Cambodia and the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia had granted their approvals for the bond issuance on 6 January 2025 and January 15, 2025, respectively. The total value of the proposed bond issuance is up to KHR400 Billion (USD100,000,000 equivalent). The bond carries a fixed coupon rate of 8.5% per annum and has a tenure of 7 years. The final tranche of the bond will be opened for subscription in March 2025.
