| Description | The increase in the registered capital of LAK 40 billion of ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd. (ABL) in 2021 in order to meet regulatory requirement per Law on Commercial Bank issued by the Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL) that the minimum registered capital requirements shall be raised to LAK 500 billion within 5 years. The ABL increased its registered capital by LAK 40 billion from LAK 340 billion to LAK 380 billion in 2021. |
