ACLEDA BANK has obtained an approval from the National Bank of Cambodia, and Securities Regulator of Cambodia for Subordinated Bond Issuance in the amount of KHR 400 billion equivalent to USD 100 million in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Simultaneously, from 8th to 11th September 2025, ACLEDA BANK successfully conducted the subscription, with qualified investors subscribed all subordinated bond issuance in the amount of KHR 400 billion equivalent to USD 100 million resulting in gaining investors confidence over expectation.
