Phnom Penh, July 11, 2011: ACLEDA Bank Plc. receives Membership Certificate from the Cambodia Stock Exchange as Cash Settlement Agents.

On February 28, 2011, ACLEDA Bank Plc. received licenses from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia as Securities Registrar, Paying Agent, Securities Transfer Agent and Cash Settlement Agent in Cambodia. Today ACLEDA Bank Plc. receives Membership Certificate from the Cambodia Stock Exchange as Cash Settlement Agent to provide cash settlement services involving in the Securities sector to the general public. The Cash Settlement Agent resides in ACLEDA Bank Plc. headquarters at #61, Preah Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Srah Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
