On April 18, 2012, ACLEDA Bank Plc. obtained the achievement award from Tong Yang Securities (Cambodia) Plc. for the inaugural IPO on the Cambodia Securities Exchange.

It is satisfying to note that on October 26, 2011, ACLEDA Bank Plc. and ACLEDA Securities Plc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation with Tong Yang Securities (Cambodia) Plc. for providing a convenient and streamlined process for security transactions for the first IPOs on the Cambodia Securities Exchange.
