ACLEDA Bank Plc. Announces Changes at the Top

ACLEDA Bank Plc. announced today that following the retirement of its highly respected first Chairman, Mr. CHEA Sok, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. John BRINSDEN to take over the role as Chairman. Mr. CHEA Sok, a former deputy-governor of the NBC, has led the Board since the transformation of ACLEDA to a registered bank in 2000, while Mr. Brinsden assumed the position of Vice-chairman in the same year.

At the same time the President and CEO, Dr. IN Channy, has been appointed to the board as President and Group Managing Director. Dr. IN Channy has headed the ACLEDA management team since its foundation in 1993.

Mr. Vincent GROS from COFIBRED, Mr. Tetsuro YOSHINO from SMBC and ACLEDA veterans, Mr. CHHAY Soeun and Mr. RATH Yumeng have also joined the Board.
