ACLEDA Bank Plc. and KEB Hana Bank Sign MOU

Phnom Penh, September 23, 2015, ACLEDA Bank Plc., the bank you can trust, the bank for the people, and the leading Cambodian commercial bank for all sectors, has announced today that ACLEDA Bank Plc. signs a Memorandum of Understanding with KEB Hana Bank to establish a basis framework in cooperation across a range of banking business.

Dr. SO Phonnary, Executive Vice President & Group Chief Operations Officer of ACLEDA Bank Plc., said the partnership with KEB Hana Bank can make international fund transfer/payment possible for Cambodian workers plus others who need to make their payment possible for their relatives or love one available at the their native villages in and outside Cambodia, and not limited to this, however it can be both ways. Under this MOU, both banks provide mutual benefit to the customer such as:

• Remittances between Cambodia and Korea
• Mutual Referral of Customers
• Mutual exchange of staff
• Other Banking cooperation
