On October 14, 2016 ACLEDA Bank Plc. Pailin Provincial Branch, located at St. 27, Voat Village, Sangkat Pailin, Krong Pailin, Pailin Province, Cambodia, celebrates the grand opening of its new office presided over by H.E Kert Sothea, Pailin Provincial Governor and participated by the Board of Directors, President & Group Managing Director and Management of ACLEDA Bank Plc. as well as all levels of authorities and other many distinguished guests.
Mr. Hem Vantha, Vice President & Branch Manager of Pailin Provincial Branch, stated, "As of September 30, 2016 ACLEDA Bank Plc., Pailin Provincial Branch has 68 employees in which 27 are female and equal logistics 40%, total assets amounted US$15,561,312, total loan portfolio amounted US$14,643,122 with total customer to 2,341, deposit amounted US$9,037,785 in which 9,575 customers have been using saving-deposit service in ACLEDA Bank Plc. and many have been using other services which are ACLEDA Unity, ACLEDA VISA Card, ACLEDA Internet Bank, ACLEDA MasterCard etc. ACLEDA Bank Plc. Pailin Provincial Branch has an ATM for serving the withdrawal service to customers 24h in 7days, via ACLEDA Card, ACLEDA VISA Card, ACLEDA MasterCard, ACLEDA Unity, and Other banks' cards worldwide."
He added, "Pailin Provincial Branch has changed the location of the new office building that was built to commercial standard bank. The building is two stories tall and a half with working surface 1,575 square including a large hall for serving general customers approximately 144 square and could accommodate staffs amounted to 170. This Building is constructed according to the ACLEDA Bank Plc.'s standard with attention to maintaining security, fire protection, energy conservation, hygiene and safety work."

(has 06 branches and offices in Myanmar) with the Bank's assets roughly US$4.5 billion as of the end of September 2016.
Currently, ACLEDA Bank Plc. has 176 standard branches and 05 standard branches are under construction in order to facilitate and serve its value customers in doing financial transactions with ACLEDA Bank Plc., especially to protect assets of customers using the Bank's products and services as well as to provide hygiene and safety for all employees working with the Bank.
From its establishing date till 2016, and the following years, the development of ACLEDA Bank Plc. is done continuously and sustainably, from branch and office network to electronic bank infrastructure network to keep pace with the progressive changes of the nature of the business, and the progressive financial products and services, and to accommodate the updating electronic banking financial products and services to best serve its growing substantial customers. Currently, ACLEDA Bank Plc. is developing the new service of ACLEDA QR which will be official launched in shortly. The ACLEDA QR is the service that allow the customers and whole community who never used the banking services or ever used it with another banks and ACLEDA Bank Plc.'s customers can register to operate the banking services by themself via mobile phone networks. Especially make payment between the buyers and sellers (Store Owners) by ACLEDA QR that offer conveniently, quickly, and high security. And for the electronic bank infrastructure and financial services/ products of ACLEDA Bank Plc. including ACLEDA Unity through Mobile Phones Networks, Cash Withdrawal via ACLEDA ATM, Cash Deposit via ACLEDA Bank's Cash Deposit Machine, ACLEDA POS which are electronic machine for doing transaction by ACLEDA Card and other banks' cards, especially ACLEDA VISA Card and ACLEDA MasterCard which offer additional alternative for its value customers in doing financial transactions via internet/POS outlets and cash withdrawal via ATM worldwide.
