Loan Request via ACLEDA ToanChet was developed to facilitate the loan request of our customer from ACLEDA Bank conveniently. To request your loan via ACLEDA ToanChet, you have to download and register ACLEDA ToanChet and then follow the steps below:

Open ACLEDA ToanChet app
Choose "Loan Request" Menu
Enter PIN
Please fill your information below:

Name of Requester
Gender
Date of Birth
Telephone Number
Name of Co-Requester
Gender
Date of Birth
Telephone Number
Permanent Address
Relationship

Choose "Next" button to fill additional information

Request Amount
Currency
Loan Term
Loan Type
Purpose
Select Branch
Select "I consent to..."

Choose "Send" button to send your loan request information to our branch
Please verify your information, and then press "Confirm" button
You will see a confirmation screen with reference number in your phone screen
Your loan request information will send to our branch that you requested.
