ACLEDA Bank Plc. has collaborated with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport to launch the public service payment of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport via ACLEDA ToanChet (ACLEDA App) as listed below:

• Purchase Personal Plate Number
• Admin Fee Request to Purchase Personalized Plate Number
• Vehicle Registration
• Vehicle Transfer Ownership
• Vehicle Change Info
• Vehicle Reprint
• Driver License
• Reprint Driver License

Please see the flow for payment the above services through ACLEDA ToanChet as follows:

• Open ACLEDA ToanChet app
• Choose "Payments" menu
• Use Touch ID, Facial, or enter PIN to login
• Select "Public Services Bill"
• Select "Ministry of Public Works and Transport"
• Input payment information (select source account, input invoice number and payment amount will be displayed automatically)
• Choose "OK" button
• Verify your payment information and then choose "Confirm" button
• Your payment is completed.
