Choose
Choose "Bill Payment"
Select "Real Estate Bill"
Enter billing information

Select "Facility Management Bill"
Select From Account
Input "House ID" number in your bill
Input total payment amount
Select Payment Type (Immediate or Future)

Click Button
Input OTP number
You can save this bill in Favorite for the next payment
The system will be displayed "Your transaction is pending for authorization". It means that this transaction is pending approval from authorizer.

Login to ACLEDA Internet Bank
Choose
Choose "Bill Payment"
Select "Billing Category"
Choose "Pending List"
Choose icon
Verify the payment information
Click Button
Input OTP number
After that the system will be displayed "Your transaction has been successfully authorized".
