What should I do if I need to use ACLEDA mobile on my new phone?

Now you can self-activate ACLEDA mobile on your new phone without going to the bank.

Please download and install ACLEDA mobile (latest version) on your new phone (iOS 12 and above / Android 5.1 and above).

And then please follow the steps below:

1. Open ACLEDA mobile in your new phone
2. Select any function (Ex: "Accounts")
3. Enter the registered phone number and click on "Login"
4. Enter your ACLEDA mobile's PIN
5. You will receive an OTP number on this new phone (this new phone must have an registered mobile number)
• For Android: the system will automatically verify the OTP number
• For iOS: you have to select the OTP number from SMS/Message
6. Now you can use ACLEDA mobile on your new phone
