Forget your PIN, you can self-reset more easily

If you forget your ACLEDA mobile's PIN, you can simply reset it by yourself below.

Please update your ACLEDA mobile in iOS App Store, Android Play Store, or Huawei AppGallery before you reset your PIN.

Open ACLEDA mobile in your phone
Select any function (Ex: "Accounts")
Choose "Forgot PIN"
Enter your registered ID number
Enter your date of birth that you used when register ACLEDA mobile
Enter the OTP that sent to the registered phone number
Then enter your new PIN for ACLEDA mobile

In this case, please do not delete ACLEDA mobile, otherwise you will not be able to self-reset a new PIN. So please come to the bank to create your new PIN.
