Official Launch of Public Services Payment Fees of the Ministry of Commerce via ACLEDA Super App

Phnom Penh, January 9, 2026 – ACLEDA Bank Plc., "The bank you can trust, the bank for the people," hereby announces that ACLEDA Bank has developed and officially launched the payment of public service fees for Filing Annual Declaration and Application for the Enforcement of the Ruling of Preservative Relief of the Ministry of Commerce via ACLEDA Super App to provide greater convenience and options for businessmen, customers, and the public in paying public service fees without having to come to pay in person at the Ministry of Commerce's payment counter.

Under the initiative and leadership of Her Excellency Mrs. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, through the development of a strong digital infrastructure and a trusted ecosystem that provides opportunities for traders, businessmen, and consumers to access digital opportunities to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and integrate into the regional and global digital economy.

Meanwhile, ACLEDA Bank has always gained the trust of national institutions. In particular, in the past, ACLEDA Bank has connected with the Ministry of Commerce on many automated systems, including the commercial registration system, the certification of origin of goods, intellectual property rights, and the electronic application system for business permits or licenses, which are important catalysts for national economic development.

To provide convenience to businessmen, customers, and the public in paying public service fees, ACLEDA Bank has consistently developed, and prepared new versions of the ACLEDA mobile application (ACLEDA Super App) to simplify the payment of public service fees by adding new functions for paying annual declaration fees and applying for the Enforcement of the Ruling of Preservative Relief of the Ministry of Commerce, in order to increase the ability to provide innovative digital banking services and offer many benefits both socially and economically.
