- Keep it private: No peeking when you enter your PIN.
- Change it regularly: Pick something hard to guess (not birthdays!).
Protect Your Phone
- Download wisely: Avoid unknown apps.
- Keep it clean: Check for suspicious apps and delete them.
- Lock it up: Don't leave your phone unlocked and unattended.
- Log out always: End your ACLEDA mobile session after each use.
In Case of Trouble
- Forgot PIN? Use "Forgot PIN" to reset. Don't delete the app!
- Lost or damaged phone? Contact ACLEDA to block your account.
- Selling your phone? Delete the ACLEDA mobile app first.
Stop Scammers
- Never share PIN/OTP: ACLEDA Bank won't ask for them.
- Secure your phone: Use a passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint.
- Store sensitive info elsewhere: Don't keep ID, passport, or card details on your phone.
