Security Tips | PayBand
I. With ATM Contactless
- Please activate and set your Personal Identification Number (PIN) after receive PayBand.
- Please review surrounding area and handheld keyboard every insert your PIN to avoid anyone see.
- If you lost or forget PayBand at anywhere, please contact to Call Centre via 023 994 444 or 015 999 233.
- Please do not request anyone to do transactions instead of you.
- Please do not accept help from anyone in ATM's room, except assigned staff by ACLEDA Bank.
- Please count the money before leave the ATM's room.
- Please often change PayBand's PIN.
- Please properly and safely kept PayBand.
- Please check operating device with ACLEDA Bank's logo in advance to make sure your operation is properly and securely usage.
- If any abnormal occurrence, please contact to Call Centre via 023 994 444 or 015 999 233.
II. With POS Terminal
- Please do not allow cashiers, shop owner or anyone entre your PIN.
- Please check the maximum amount set by the bank and the actual payment amount before using PayBand by placing your hand next to POS machine to make payment.
- Please review surrounding area and handheld POS's keyboard before entre your PIN to avoid anyone see.
- Please properly check payment amount on the receipt of POS machine with the actual payment amount.
- If you lost or forget PayBand at anywhere, please contact to Call Centre via 023 994 444 or 015 999 233.
- Please properly and safely kept PayBand.
- Please often change PayBand's PIN.
- Please often check account statement.
- Please check operating device with ACLEDA Bank's logo in advance to make sure your payment is properly and securely usage.
