ACLEDA Obtains Operating License in Myanmar

ACLEDA MFI Myanmar Co., Ltd., a wholly subsidiary of ACLEDA Bank Plc., announces to the public that on February 08, 2013 it obtains the operating license number 0131/2013 from Myanmar Microfinance Supervisory Committee. The license is signed by Mr. U Htain Lin, Managing Director of Myanmar Microfinance Supervisory Enterprise (MMSE) to operate micro finance services in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

ACLEDA MFI Myanmar is located in building No.186(B), Shwe Gon Taing Road, Yae Tar Shae Block, Bahan Township, Yangon Region, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Please click here to see its location on the map.

This license permitted to operate micro finance services, micro loan and deposit, in 15 Townships of Yangon Region included North Okkalapa, South Okkalapa, South Dagon, Insein, Shwe Pyi Thar, Tha Keta, Hlaing Thar Yar, Thingangyun, Mingalar Taung Nyunt, Dagon Seikkan, Daw Pon, Da La, East DaGon, Mingaladon, and Than Lyin.

ACLEDA MFI Myanmar starts operation its services from now onwards and celebrates a grand opening soon.
