My Dear Colleagues!

On the auspicious occasion of the New Year 2016, I would like to extend my wholehearted and sincere thankfulness to all stakeholders of ACLEDA Bank Plc. including the Shareholders, Board of Directors, and the employees who always commit and contribute to the success of ACLEDA Bank Plc. Your ethical ideal of morality, knowledge, and efficient skills do contribute to the great achievement of ACLEDA Bank Plc. And last but not least, special thankfulness to the National Bank of Cambodia for being very good supervisory institution, and for the customers for being loyalty.

Until nowadays, it is almost 10 years that ACLEDA Bank Plc. has introduced and established the electronic bank infrastructure which has provided more secured and convenient quality services by delivering full range of financial products and services in the Kingdom of Cambodia through multi strategies.

At the ending of 2015, ACLEDA Bank Plc. has set up another new achievement record by launching the inauguration of its New Headquarters Building which is spacious and the most modern to accommodate its strong growth in both domestic and international markets. This great investment has proved that ACLEDA Bank Plc. has experienced substantial and sustainable growth in terms of operation, infrastructure and business efficiency in order to enhance public trust and confidence in the Bank. The development of ACLEDA Bank Plc. in all aspects does attest and contribute to development of Cambodia economy, in time for ASEAN Economic Community at end of year 2015.

ACLEDA Bank Plc. has been recognized as "the bank you can trust, the bank for the people" by delivering a full range of financial products and services with choices to all segments of the community for both private and public sector. Hence, we all actively carry out existing strategies and new strategies as below:

Create and develop Syndicated Loan and Project Finance with the objective to grow with selected major customers, option for team up with best specialized/expertise partner(s) to these products served with ultimate income.

Develop and upgrade Electronic Banking Service (EBS) with Financial Technology Solution (FinTech) and Branchless in order to expand outreach, increase income efficiency, create cross-selling opportunity, be competitive advantage, and conveniently serve more customers base.

Develop and upgrade Digital Banking- Mobile App, allowing both ways global access, and enhance its Biometric, CRM plus new financial products-services to support self-service, applying modern technology, generate cost efficiency, expand global businesses and customer base, and support subsidiaries. And allowing cross-selling opportunity and conveniently serve more customers base competitively.

On the special occasion of the New Year 2016 and thereafter, may I wish you all and your families with Happiness, Wisdom, Prosperity and Success in the implementation of the strategic plan.
