Funds Transfer to Other Banks Accounts or Mobile Numbers via ACLEDA mobile

ACLEDA mobile! Now you can transfer from ACLEDA Bank's account to other banks accounts or mobile numbers using Retail Pay system.

Please update ACLEDA mobile app in your mobile phone and make funds transfers via Retail Pay.

Please see how to transfer via this Retail Pay system below:

  1. Open "ACLEDA mobile" app in your phone
  2. Choose "Transfers" menu
  3. Use Touch ID or Facial or PIN to login
  4. Choose "To Local Banks via Retail Pay"
  5. Select "To Bank Account" or "To Mobile Phone Number"
    • To Bank Account
      • Select "Beneficiary Bank"
      • Enter transfer information: Select "Debit Account", Enter "Beneficiary Account Number", Select Transfer Currency, Enter Transfer Amount, and Select Purpose.
    • To Mobile Phone Number: Select "Debit Account", Enter "Receiver's Name", "Receiver's Phnom", Select Transfer Currency, Enter Transfer Amount, and Select Purpose.
  6. Choose "OK" button
  7. Verify your payment details (from account number, beneficiary bank/receiver's name, beneficiary account number/phone number, transfer amount, etc.)
  8. Choose "Proceed"
